Bernardo Rocha Pinho is a software engineer with extensive experience in mobile and blockchain development. At Tula Health since September 2019, Bernardo began as a Xamarin Android app developer and transitioned to low-level Android development for a proprietary device, focusing on network communication and hardware interfacing. From February 2018 to January 2020, Bernardo served as a blockchain developer at Phantasma Protocol, leading quality assurance and contributing to core blockchain functionality in C# .NET Standard.
