Robert Davis

Director of Nano Sensors at Tula Health

Robert is an industry leader in the research of nanoscale science and engineering. In his research, he uses chemically synthesized and biologically derived nanostructures as templates for self-aligned assembly of micro-and nanoscale optical, mechanical and electrical devices.

Robert is also a specialist in carbon fiber X-ray, AP5 X-ray, and diamond chromatography media, and he founded Precision Membranes, which produces filters for cancer detection using 3-D microfabrication technology.

Robert earned degrees in physics from Brigham Young University and the University of Utah as well as an applied physics postdoctoral from Cornell University. In his career so far, he published 79 journal articles and has claimed 14 issued patents and 22 pending patents. He is currently a Professor of physics at Brigham Young University.
