Becky Hutchins McManus

Becky Hutchins McManus currently serves as the Executive Director of Talent Management at Tulane University, a position held since August 2022, following a role as Director of Human Resources in the same office. Previously, Becky held several leadership positions at the College of Charleston, including Director of Training and Development and Director of T&D and Employee Relations from February 2021 to October 2022. Prior experience also includes roles at EPS - Expeditors & Production Services as HR Director and Training and Competency Manager, and at Danos as Training Manager. From 2011 to 2019, Becky served as VP of Administration for Human Resources, Training, and Recruiting at Shamrock Management, LLC. Educationally, Becky holds a degree in International Business and French from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
