Jacquel Benion

Jacquel Benion, LMSW, is an experienced professional in social work and research administration. Since January 2015, Jacquel has served as the Director of the Research Administration Service Unit at Tulane University's School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and School of Social Work. Prior to this role, Jacquel worked as a Clinical Manager III at the Metropolitan Human Services District until April 2024 and held the position of Medical Certification Specialist 2 at Tulane Medical Center from March 2016 to January 2017. Jacquel earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Southern University at New Orleans between 2012 and 2014.
