Joseph Noa

Joseph Noa is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as a Security Administrator II at Tulane University since January 2022, where responsibilities include conducting vulnerability scans and managing the Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) system. Previously, Joseph held the role of Cybersecurity Engineer at Lion Elastomers, LLC from October 2017 to January 2022, recognized as the internal subject matter expert in cybersecurity and managing security for IT and OT environments. Earlier experience includes roles as a Data Analyst & Information Systems Coordinator and Human Resources Specialist in the United States Marine Corps from August 2010 to October 2017. Joseph holds an Undergraduate Certificate in Applied Cybersecurity from the SANS Technology Institute and a degree in Information Technology from Liberty University, complemented by additional certifications in Networking and Security.
