Mary Barron

Mary Barron is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise information systems and application development. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Enterprise Systems at Tulane University since February 2017, Mary oversees the integration of various software components and ensures efficient delivery of services across the university. Previous roles include Director of Application Operations and Senior Oracle Developer, focusing on the Banner Higher Ed ERP system. Prior to Tulane, Mary held senior management positions at Capital One, overseeing commercial and small business banking applications. Experience also includes roles as an Application Developer at Hibernia National Bank and SAIC, with a strong background in Oracle Financials and in-house application development. Mary completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of New Orleans.
