Paul Burgess

Paul Burgess is an experienced professional in international admissions and research, currently serving as the Director of International Admission at Tulane University since July 2013. Previously, Paul contributed to the Institute of International Education as an Alumni Volunteer Staff member in March 2013, assisting with a seminar for Fulbright grantees. Paul has a background in research from the University of Lapland and the Fulbright Commission, focusing on economic growth and cultural sustainability in the Arctic region. Earlier roles include serving as a Student Advisor at Tulane University and an intern with U.S. Senator George LeMieux. Paul holds a Master's degree in Anthropology from Tulane University and a Bachelor's degree in Development Economics and International Development and Anthropology from Tulane University, complemented by educational experience at the University of Melbourne.
