Sophia Falvey

Sophia Falvey, PhD, currently serves as Program Officer for Principal Gifts at Tulane University since July 2023. Previously, Sophia worked at Emory University as Senior Associate Director of Editorial Content in the Advancement and Alumni Engagement division from March 2022 to July 2023, following a role as Senior Program Coordinator for the Emory College of Arts and Sciences from August 2016 to March 2022. Additional experience includes positions such as Community Engagement & Audience Development Researcher at Alliance Theatre, Managing Editor at Southern Spaces, and various roles in editorial support and teaching at Emory University. Sophia holds a Doctor of Philosophy in English from Emory University and both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Tulane University.
