Yonah Schiller

Yonah Schiller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational design, social innovation, and the arts. As the Founder and CEO of Common Era since July 2020, Yonah has focused on creating scalable systems for inclusive Jewish communities. Concurrently, Yonah serves as Founder and Senior Project Advisor at The Organizational Design Lab and as a Special Projects Consultant at Tulane University, where engagement spans social entrepreneurship. Additionally, Yonah has held the role of Executive Director at Tulane Hillel from 2008 to 2020, leading strategic initiatives for organizational growth. With a background as a professional artist, Yonah has cultivated a unique blend of creativity and strategic insight, supported by a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University and an MBA from Tulane University. Education also includes studies at the Bat Ayin Rabbinic Program in Israel, Studio Arts International in Florence, and the Wimbledon School of Art.
