Elya Golubitsky

Elya was born in Riga, Latvia and immigrated to the US as an infant.

Elya began his construction career working on capital improvement projects in New Jersey before transitioning to mixed-use high-rise construction in New York City. As the Director of Construction at Tulfra, Elya’s primary responsibilities include overseeing all construction sites, managing various Construction Managers, General Contractors and design personnel, plus the scheduling and management of budgets.

He earned a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University.
