Merrill Waters

Merrill Waters is an experienced leader in product management and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Web Product and Engineering at Tulip Interfaces since July 2023. Previously, Merrill held the position of Associate Director at Wayfair from June 2018 to July 2023 and worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from March 2013 to January 2018. Early career experiences include roles as Operations & Strategy Intern at a flash-sales startup and Procurement Coordinator at KAUST, in addition to serving as an Analyst at Huron Consulting Group and an SAT Instructor at Revolution Prep. Merrill obtained an MBA from INSEAD in 2012 and a B.S. in Physics and Economics, with a Math Minor, from UCLA in 2006.
