Since 2008, Buddy has served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations at Tulkoff Food Products, Inc., contributing to the company's operational excellence and strategic growth. Prior to this role, Buddy dedicated over two decades to the Anne Arundel County Fire Department, achieving the rank of Lieutenant and demonstrating a strong commitment to public safety and team management.
