Hannah Agbozo

Hannah Agbozo serves as the General Counsel for Tullow Ghana Limited and Associate General Counsel for Tullow Oil Plc, leading the Legal, Regulatory, Ethics, and Compliance units while also being part of the Leadership Team. Prior to this role, Hannah was the Legal & Corporate Affairs Director at Airtel Ghana Ltd, where responsibilities included fostering a favorable environment for commercial and public policy goals and overseeing legal compliance. Hannah began her career at Bentsi-Enchill Letsa & Ankomah, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate, managing an Intellectual Property portfolio and representing clients in various legal matters. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Business Administration from Colorado State University, an LLM in Information Technology & Telecommunications Law from the University of Strathclyde, and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Ghana.
