Joe Hughes has a diverse and extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Joe started their career in 1999 as a Senior Process Engineer at GlaxoWellcome before moving on to Foster Wheeler as a Senior Process Engineer. At Foster Wheeler, they were part of a team responsible for the design and upgrade of the Dacion field in Venezuela.
