Cathy Olberding

Cathy Olberding is an experienced professional in the fields of psychotherapy, education, and program administration. Currently serving as Programs Administrator and Clinical Director at Tulsa County District Court's Juvenile Bureau since June 2013, Olberding also maintains a private practice as a therapist since October 2011. Additionally, Olberding holds adjunct professor positions teaching graduate-level Psychopathology at both Oklahoma State University and Southern Nazarene University. Previous roles include Superintendent of Oklahoma's only maximum secure treatment facility for adolescent males and Program Manager for Trauma Informed Care with the Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs. Olberding's earlier experience includes working as a Program Manager/Therapist at Tulsa Regional Medical Center, as well as a long-standing role as a therapist with Lopp and Associates. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Counseling and Guidance from Southern Arkansas University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Blackburn College.
