Mark Liotta is the Chief Deputy Tulsa County Assessor and an owner/operator of L7 Cattle Ranch. With 25 years in the public sector and 18 years in the private sector, Mark has served in various leadership roles, including Commissioner of the Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Commission and State Representative. They have a strong background in human resources management and crisis management, and have been actively involved in numerous nonprofit boards. Mark is currently pursuing a B.S. in Management of Human Resources from Southern Nazarene University.
