Shonn Harrold

Shonn Harrold has over two decades of experience in juvenile services, currently serving as Court Services Administrator for the Tulsa County Juvenile Bureau since December 2000. In this role, Shonn provides leadership and supervision to the Clinical Services Division and collaborates with various entities to address the needs of youth and families. Previous positions include Assistant Director, where oversight of the Juvenile Bureau's operations was managed, and Probation Supervisor, responsible for the quality of probation services and staff management. Earlier experience includes working as a Probation Counselor and a Program Coordinator at DHS Girls Group Home. Shonn holds a Master's Degree in Human Relations/Psychology from The University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Oklahoma State University.
