Richard Mitchell

Richard Mitchell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and project management. Currently serving as a Business Architect at Tulsa for You and Me since January 2024, Richard focuses on gathering requirements for business processes and liaising with executive leadership to leverage technology solutions. Previously, as Director of Technology at Tulsa Remote from October 2018 to December 2024, Richard played a pivotal role in developing systems for relocating over 2,000 remote workers and created a platform that significantly impacted the local economy. Richard has also held positions such as Operations Manager at Tulsa Community Foundation, Project Lead at Guthrie Green, and Content Manager at VisitTulsa, enhancing local events and technology initiatives. Earlier, Richard directed content for Joystiq at AOL, managing editorial processes and maintaining industry relationships. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre from the University of Oklahoma.
