Russell Parker

Russell Parker is an experienced education professional with a strong background in adult education and career development. Currently serving as the Director of Adult Education & Certifications at Tulsa Tech since May 2013, Russell previously held the position of Assistant Director of Adult Career Development at Tulsa Technology Center from September 2010 to May 2013. Additionally, Russell contributed as a Teacher/Member at Broken Arrow Schools/Chamber from 1993 to 2010. Russell holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree from Oklahoma State University, earned between 1985 and 1990.
