Jon Richardson

Jon Richardson has extensive experience in circulation management and customer service, currently serving as Route Manager at Tulsa World since July 1995, where responsibilities include resolving customer issues, expanding circulation, and supervising newspaper carriers. Previously, Jon held the position of Circulation Manager at Thrifty Nickel newspaper from 1987 to 1994, focusing on similar duties in circulation growth and supervision. Earlier in Jon's career, from 1981 to 1988, Jon worked as Records Manager office services supervisor at First National Bank of Tulsa, overseeing the management of confidential customer records and facility planning while supervising part of the office services team. Jon holds educational credentials from Brigham Young University - Idaho and Tulsa Community College.
