Cristian Montes de Oca Monjaras

Cristian Montes de Oca Monjaras is an experienced quality and operations manager currently leading production and customer order fulfillment at Tumble since April 2025. Prior to this role, Cristian served as production manager at Vapotherm, where significant improvements in disposable cartridge production were achieved. Cristian also contributed to Seco Precision by managing the relocation of manufacturing operations to Mexico and developing essential documentation for the production process. Earlier experience includes roles at Medtronic, where coordination of non-conforming materials was key, and FEMSA, where quality assurance of food products was prioritized. Cristian holds an MBA from Escuela de Negocios del Pacifico and additional qualifications in Six Sigma and biochemical engineering.
