Francisco Cuellar has a diverse work experience in the fields of robotics, manufacturing technologies, and electronics. Francisco currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at Tumi Robotics, where they develop robotics, IoT, and AI solutions for industries such as mining and energy. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of the Center of Advanced Manufacturing Technologies (CETAM) at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, where they were responsible for promoting technological services for industry and leading research projects in mechatronic applications. Before that, Cuellar worked as the Research and Development Chief in Electronics at FAMESA, where they established an R&D Electronics Laboratory and designed electronic detonators for mining. Francisco also has experience as a Lecturer in Robotics at TECSUP. Francisco Cuellar completed their education with a BSc. in Electronics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, specializing in Electronics and Electrical Engineering. This degree was obtained between 1995 and 2002. Later, in 2005, they pursued an MSc. in Mechatronics from King's College London, with a focus on Robotics and Mechatronics. In terms of additional certifications, Francisco obtained the title of "Validation Expert" from CIDE - PUCP in February 2022.
