Garo Mangoyan

Garo Mangoyan serves as the Head of IT and v-Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Tumo Center for Creative Technologies, combining roles that focus on IT leadership, security, and data protection. Previously, Garo held the position of Corporate Security Manager at GSS, where significant contributions included establishing identity and access management processes and achieving ISO 27001 certification. At Novacroft, Garo led the integration of security frameworks and zero trust strategies, achieving remarkable operational efficiencies. Garo's experience spans from creating IT infrastructure strategies at Key Travel to hands-on management roles at QBS Software and IT Lab, further enhanced by educational qualifications in European Management from KEDGE Business School and Middlesex University.
