Nathalie Sajda is an experienced project lead and fundraising professional currently working at the Raoul Wallenberg Academy and the Tumo Center for Creative Technologies since February 2022, while also serving as the founder of FractalEight, an impact consultancy that supports not-for-profits and public sector entities. Prior to her current roles, Nathalie held key positions at Ashoka as Head of Nordic Ecosystem Mapping & Education and Nordic Education Manager, focusing on social entrepreneurship and education policy initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as Project Manager at the Asia-Europe Foundation, where responsibilities encompassed bi-regional education cooperation, and international project management at Opendream Co., Ltd. Nathalie holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in New Politics and Future Governance from Kyung Hee University and a B.Sc. in International Relations from Stockholm University, alongside various educational endeavors at notable institutions.

The TUMO Center for Creative Technologies is a free after-school program that gives teens the skills and tools necessary to succeed in a modern digital world. The TUMO program includes 14 learning targets such as animation, web design, robotics, 3D modeling, game development and filmmaking. Currently, there are four TUMO centers in Armenia — Yerevan, Dilijan, Gyumri and Stepanakert — and two international centers in Paris, France and Beirut, Lebanon. More TUMO centers are on the way in Koghb, Masis and other locations in Armenia and abroad.
