Saba Ahmed

Saba Ahmed has extensive experience in the travel industry, with their most recent role being the Head of Operations at Tumodo since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Cleartrip.com from 2017 to 2023, where they held various roles including Manager - GDS & Airline Operations and Assistant Manager - Customer Service. Saba also served as the Customer Happiness Manager at Travelstart from 2014 to 2017 and worked at dnata from 2008 to 2014 in roles such as Reservation/Sales officer and Resv/Sales Supervisor.

Saba Ahmed holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from The University of Madras, which they earned from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at The India High School in Dubai from 1989 to 2000, focusing on Business/Commerce. Additionally, Saba has obtained various certifications related to team leading, airline passenger handling, IATA/UFTAA foundation, Amadeus, and supervisory leadership essentials from different institutions like City & Guilds, International Air Transport Association (IATA), Emirates Group, and Etihad Airways/Amadeus Gulf.
