Fahmi Zakaria

Fahmi Zakaria is the Chief Operating Officer at Tun Razak Exchange since June 2025, overseeing the conceptualization, planning, design, delivery, and commercialization of land parcels while executing the master developer role. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President 1, Head of Strategic Land Management & BD at Sime Darby Property from February 2022 to June 2025, focusing on strategic land initiatives and stakeholder management. Previously, Fahmi held various leadership roles at UEM Sunrise Berhad, including General Manager, Head of Strategic Land Banking, and Deputy General Manager, Head of Business Development. Additional experience includes management positions at Port of Tanjung Pelepas, Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd, MMC Corporation Berhad, and CIMB-Principal Asset Management. Fahmi began professional training as an Executive in Corporate Finance & Strategic Planning at Pharmaniaga Berhad and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne, alongside a CPA qualification from CPA Australia.
