Øyvind Nistad Stamnes

Øyvind Nistad Stamnes has worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Tunable AS since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior System Engineer at Elliptic Labs from February 2017 to August 2021. Øyvind Nistad also worked as a Researcher at SINTEF from September 2013 to January 2017 and as a Control System Specialist at AGR Enhanced Drilling from September 2011 to August 2013. Additionally, Øyvind served as a Coadvisor for a summer project at Statoil in 2008.

From 2002 to 2008, Øyvind Nistad Stamnes attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and completed a Master of Science degree in Technical Cybernetics. Following this, they pursued a PhD in Control Engineering at NTNU from 2008 to 2011. In 2006 and 2007, they spent a period of time at UC San Diego, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period.
