Francesca Contessotto

Francesca Contessotto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content operations and e-commerce information architecture. Currently serving as a Content Operations Specialist (Consultant) at Tundra Technical Solutions since October 2025, Francesca previously led a multilingual team at eBay from February 2016 to April 2025, overseeing the e-commerce platforms for Spain, France, and Italy, along with the global Electronics segment, while managing external vendors specialized in AI human judgement. Earlier, from September 2010 to January 2016, Francesca excelled as a Wholesale Manager at Pelletteria Veneta srl, directing international B2B sales operations for a Made-in-Italy leather goods brand across European and Japanese markets. Francesca is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Master in Digital Marketing and Business Transformation at Rome Business School and has obtained certifications in Leadership & Management from Harvard Business School and Project Management from the Project Management Institute.
