Jen Devereaux

Jen Devereaux currently serves as the Change Management Manager for People Strategy & Experience at Tundra Technical Solutions, with an assignment at Meta since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jen was the Director of Organizational Design and Change Management at Strong Tower Consulting on assignment with Southern California Edison from July 2024 to January 2025. Jen's extensive experience at Microsoft spanned nearly 17 years, where key roles included Director of the Internal Talent Marketplace, focusing on global talent development and diversity and inclusion, and Sr. Consultant leading talent architecture initiatives. Jen's educational background includes a Master's degree in Organizational and Workplace Performance from Boise State University, a Data Analytics Certificate from Washington State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Special Education from Gonzaga University, complemented by a Graduate Certificate in Technical and Professional Communications from California State University - East Bay.
