Danielle Steer

Danielle Steer is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Managing Partner at Tundra Ventures, focusing on investments in pre-seed companies across tech, healthcare, and consumer goods since November 2021. Danielle has been a member of Global Women in VC since October 2021 and previously held the role of Founding Executive Director at Lunar Startups, where the mission centered on supporting underinvested entrepreneurs. Danielle's extensive background includes leadership positions at the World Economic Forum as a Global Shaper - Curator, managing operations at Impact Hub Minneapolis - St. Paul, and various roles in recruitment and outreach at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, along with experience in community development and volunteerism.
