Mackenzie Ales is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and event coordination. Currently serving as the Lead Sales Representative for Tundraland since June 2018, Mackenzie is responsible for promoting home improvement services, supervising events throughout Wisconsin, and training and managing sales staff at Miller Park. Previous experience includes an internship as a Service Coordinator at Kohler Co., where Mackenzie managed customer service operations and organized events, as well as a role as a Recreational Activity Director at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resorts, overseeing campground activities. Mackenzie began a career in hospitality as a server at Tamarack Tap Room, showcasing a solid foundation in customer service and product knowledge. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
