Richard Shim

Richard Shim is an accomplished professional in product and software development with extensive experience across various roles and companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Development at Tungsten Automation since July 2023, Richard has previously held significant positions at Kofax from February 2019 to July 2023, including Director of Product Development and Senior Manager of Software Development. Prior to Kofax, Richard worked at Nuance Communications from 2011 to February 2019 as a Software Developer and spent seven years at Equitrac Canada in the same role. Richard is an alumnus of Conestoga College.
