Debbie Estes has extensive experience in event marketing and strategic management, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Minnesota Sports and Events since October 2019 and as a Strategic Partner at Tunheim since August 2013. As Co-Executive Director of the 2022 NCAA Women's Final Four MN Local Organizing Committee, Debbie excels in developing strategic approaches for client objectives. Prior roles include Director and Senior Director of Event Marketing at Best Buy from July 2000 to July 2013, where Debbie built a high-performing team recognized for achieving measurable results, and Director/Senior Manager of Event Marketing at Target from September 1980 to March 2000, contributing to the brand's significant expansion. Educational background includes studies at William Woods University and the University of Florida.
