Specializing in heavy civil design build construction projects, Garrett has managed multiple major capital projects and collaborated with various stakeholders. With a background in business administration and finance, Garrett has also worked in marketing, sales research, and records retrieval. Garrett holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston.
