Radha Patel

Radha Patel, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Radha started their career as a Recruiting Coordinator at Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals in 2000. Radha then worked as a Staffing Consultant at Barnett International from 2002 to 2004, followed by a role as an Operations Manager at Kenexa from 2004 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, Radha worked as an Executive Search Consultant at JM Search. In 2013, they joined Tunnell Consulting, Inc. as a Sr. Recruiter, focusing on the Life Sciences industry. Radha was later promoted to the role of Sr. Recruiter and Resource Manager, and eventually became the Director of Talent Acquisition in 2018. In their current role, they lead all recruitment efforts for Tunnell Consulting across multiple disciplines within the life sciences industry and the government sector.

Radha Patel, PHR, received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University. Their degree focused on the fields of Psychology and Biology. In addition to their degree, Radha has obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Radha achieved this certification in November 2017.
