Dave Kromer serves as the Vice President at Tunnell Government Services since 2011, focusing on the growth and optimization of government accounts while managing client relationships and business development strategies. Prior to Tunnell, Dave held significant roles at SAIC, including Capture Manager in the Health Solutions Business Unit and Assistant Vice President for Business Development, where responsibilities encompassed leading business development teams and driving pipeline growth. At BAE Systems, Dave directed business development efforts in the defense sector, achieving annual financial goals, and at ARINC, Dave managed GPS program contracts and integration efforts for U.S. and NATO forces. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and attended the Defense Systems Management College.
