Greg Anthos is a principal and senior managing consultant at Tunnell Consulting, where expertise in life sciences management consulting focuses on operational excellence, process improvement, and change management for biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations. Previously, Greg served as managing director at Breakthrough Business Performance LLC, specializing in cost reduction and revenue enhancement for various healthcare entities. At Merck Research Labs, Greg held the position of executive director of business consulting, leading strategic initiatives to transform the Global Regulatory Affairs function. In earlier roles at Merck, Greg directed the Merck Sigma Center for Expertise and implemented Lean Six Sigma training programs that significantly improved financial outcomes. Greg holds an MBA from James Madison University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech.
