Joshua Fine DVM, MPH, DACVPM, PMP possesses extensive expertise in the scientific and public health sectors. Currently serving as Principal and Senior Scientific Advisor at Tunnell Government Services since February 2013, Joshua also works as a Contract Fly Tyer for Orvis since January 2010. Previously, experience includes a role as Principal Life Scientist at SAIC from July 2003 to January 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Iowa College of Public Health (2016-2018), a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine (1998-2002), and a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University (1990-1994).
