Dr. Holger Sprengel

Dr. Holger Sprengel has extensive work experience as a co-founder and managing director in various companies. In 2006, they co-founded Grupo HS3 S.L., a company builder specializing in business development and venture capital. In the same year, they co-founded Nurogames GmbH, an independent game development and software engineering company that develops games for various platforms. Also in 2006, they co-founded Nuromedia GmbH, which focuses on software development, VR/AR development, server development, gamification, and ICT solutions. In 2013, they co-founded Espronceda - Institute of Art and Culture, an innovative art project. In 2017, they co-founded CanPharma GmbH, a pioneer in the European Medical Cannabis market. In 2018, they co-founded DigitalTwin Technology GmbH, which develops innovative software solutions for the construction industry. In 2019, they co-founded DigitalHealth Technology GmbH, working on digital solutions for health. In 2022, they became a seed investor in FANtium, an athlete investment platform, an advisor and investor in soonami.io GmbH, a launchpad for Web3 projects, and an angel investor in GreenTrade.tech, a marketplace for nature-based carbon credits and impact claims.

Dr. Holger Sprengel has a diverse education history. Dr. Holger obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Paderborn University in 1992. In the same year, they also attended Universidad de Sevilla and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.

Continuing their education, Dr. Sprengel pursued an MBA from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg from 1992 to 1995, specializing in Business. During this time, they also studied Law at the University of Lausanne - UNIL in 1995 and briefly attended Università degli Studi di Padova in the same year.

Dr. Sprengel furthered their legal education by earning an LLM degree in Law from the University of Cologne between 1995 and 1998. Following this, they pursued a PhD from Sapienza Università di Roma and Luiss Guido Carli University from 1998 to 1999, although the field of study for these degrees is unspecified.
