Matthew Icklan

Matthew Icklan has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Matthew currently works as the Director of Project Management at Tunnl since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Rosetta Stone from June 2018 to February 2022, where they served as the Product Owner for eCommerce and Customer Support Tools, as well as a Senior Business Systems Analyst from February 2012 to May 2018. From July 2009 to January 2012, Matthew worked at the District of Columbia Public Schools as a Senior Business Systems/QA Analyst. Matthew also gained experience at Sprint Nextel as a Project Manager/Systems Specialist from March 2007 to December 2008 and as a Large Account Contract Implementation Project Manager, Customer Operations Project Manager, National Care Support Project Coordinator, and Burn-In Associate from 1999 to 2006. During their time at Synchronoss Technologies from October 2006 to March 2007, Matthew worked as a Project Manager on a consultancy basis for Time Warner Cable's Digital Phone division.

Matthew Icklan attended Bergen Community College from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Literature. In addition, they received a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in October 2013.
