Previously, Joan held the position of Jefe de Proyectos y Recursos Sanitarios at Egarsat, where responsibilities included defining objectives, managing stakeholders, and applying project management methodologies. Early career roles included positions at Mútua Terrassa, ATM GRUPO, Abbott, and various healthcare centers, providing a solid foundation in both healthcare and business management. Joan holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Project Management from La Salle BCN and an Executive Master in Hospital and Healthcare Management from EADA Business School.
