Melanie Steinberg is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and customer success. Currently serving as the Insurance Operations Manager at TuoTempo since June 2019, Melanie focuses on improving operational processes, data analysis, and project leadership across various business lines. Previously, as the Global Customer Success Operations Manager at TuoTempo, Melanie established customer success operations from the ground up, optimizing workflows and driving efficiency. Additional roles include Operations Manager in Spain, where critical operational policies were developed, and Enterprise Operations Manager, enhancing CRM data management. Prior experience includes strategic alliances at Papumba, consulting for the Ministry of Modernization of Argentina, and project management at New Toys Argentina. Melanie holds a degree in International Relations from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and completed a leadership course in non-formal education at Macabi.
