Prior to this, Glenn spent 15 years at Melaleuca: The Wellness Company, where responsibilities included Senior Director of Global Warehousing & Distribution and Director of Operations for Australia and New Zealand, among other roles. Glenn began the career at Newell Brands as a Product Planner. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Manufacturing Engineering from RMIT University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
