Melanie Rheinecker is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Law for the Americas at Tupperware, Melanie oversees legal matters in the US, Canada, and several Latin American countries, focusing on strategic advancement, litigation management, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Melanie held various positions at Florida Power & Light Company, including Senior Attorney and Principal Attorney, where responsibilities included overseeing corporate initiatives and high-activity transactions. Melanie's earlier career includes time as a Corporate Associate at Husch Blackwell Sanders LLP and Bryan Cave LLP, providing legal support for technology licensing, M&A, and corporate governance matters. Melanie holds a JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and a BA in Hispanic Studies from Northwestern University.
