Leticia Ashong

Leticia Ashong currently serves as the Head of Operations at Turaco since October 2023. Prior to this role, Leticia gained valuable experience at MIC Global as a Claims and Operations Manager from August 2021 to September 2023. Leticia's career began at Micro Insurance Company, where responsibilities included Claims Supervisor and Regional Claims Supervisor from February 2012 to July 2021, alongside various operational roles. Leticia holds a Master's degree in Finance from Central University College (2011-2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Cape Coast (2004-2009).
