Peter Gross

Peter Gross is an experienced consultant and entrepreneur specializing in social impact and financial inclusion. Currently a consultant with The World Bank and principal consultant at Emerging Risk Advisors, Peter Gross focuses on enhancing the capacity of microfinance institutions and developing market-based approaches for small businesses. As co-founder of Turaco, Peter Gross has played a key role in establishing an inclusive insurance business in East Africa. With a history at AXA as Head of Global Partnerships for Emerging Customers, Peter Gross managed initiatives reaching nearly 20 million customers across multiple regions. Previous roles also include significant positions at MIC Global, where Peter Gross drove strategic innovation and expanded market presence, and McMaster-Carr, overseeing various operational functions. Peter Gross holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, as well as degrees from the University of Oxford and Davidson College.
