Rakesh Kumar Tripathi has a diverse work experience. Rakesh Kumar started their career in 2001 as a Faculty at STG in Moradabad. In 2003, they transitioned to FIT Group of Institutions in Meerut, where they worked as an Assistant Professor for six years. Rakesh Kumar then took on the role of System Manager for twelve years until 2021. Currently, Rakesh serves as the Director Systems at FIT Group of Institutions. Additionally, in 2014, they joined Turacoz Healthcare Solutions as the Head of IT Services.

Rakesh Kumar completed a Certificate Course in Data Processing, where they learned about Computer Fundamentals, Office, and Foxpro. Additionally, they pursued a Certificate Course in Database Technology, which covered Oracle and SQL Server. Rakesh also completed a Certificate Course in Unix and C, which focused on Unix and C programming languages.

In 2008, Rakesh enrolled in Vinayaka Missions University in Salem, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science. Rakesh Kumar completed their studies in 2010.

Following their master's degree, Rakesh attended the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur for a Short Term Course in High-Performance Parallel and Enterprise Computing in 2010. The course primarily covered IBM AS400, Cobol, and JCL.

In 2020, Rakesh participated in additional training programs. Rakesh Kumar completed the ERPNext Developer Training at Solufy Private Limited, and they also took an online course on Introduction to Blockchain Technology and Applications through NPTEL.

Most recently, in 2022, Rakesh enrolled in the Great Lakes Institute of Management, where they pursued a Post Graduate Program in Cyber Security. Additionally, they undertook a course on Business Analytics and Text Mining Modeling Using Python through NPTEL.

In terms of certifications, Rakesh obtained the Microsoft Certified Professional in Visual Basic 5.0 from Microsoft in October 1999.
