Ada Morgan is an experienced professional with a robust background in environmental compliance, sustainability, and project management within the food processing industry. Since July 2014, Ada has held various roles at Turano Baking Company, currently serving as Engineering Project Manager and Environmental Manager, overseeing sustainability initiatives across multiple plants. Prior experience includes a Graduate Research Assistant position at Urban Transportation Center, focusing on sustainable transportation research, and an Operations Assistant role at SmithBucklin, managing financial processes and membership data. Ada holds a Master of Urban Planning and Policy in Environmental Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Geology/Earth Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
