Stefan O'Hare

Stefan O'Hare currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at TES since January 2020, following a role as Vice President of Business Development. Prior to this, Stefan worked at Bombardier Business Aircraft from February 2019 to January 2020 as a Business Development Manager, where responsibilities included leading aftermarket business development and introducing an engine strategy aimed at increasing aftermarket sales. From September 2011 to February 2019, Stefan held several positions at Bombardier, including Project Lead in the Transformation Office, where initiatives focused on transforming the Business Aircraft aftermarket business, and roles in strategy, business development, and supply chain procurement. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Business from Ulster University, obtained in 2010.
