Tim Duffy

Tim Duffy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management and operations within the aerospace and energy sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at TurbineAero since April 2023, Tim has previously held significant roles at Regal Beloit Corporation as Director of Aftermarket and Military Programs, and Rexnord as Vice President of Gear Products. Notably, Tim's tenure at Alstom Power included leadership positions such as Global Product Management Director and Platform Director for Gas Plants, where strategic product portfolios and lifecycle management were key responsibilities. With a strong background at Honeywell Aerospace, Tim excelled as Senior Platform Director overseeing turbine engine component programs, as well as Senior Director for Aftermarket Operations, where operations boards generated substantial annual revenues. Tim's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Materials Science from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from DeVry University.
